Welcome to Community Magazine Writing! We hope you enjoy this project.
As a class, you will be creating your own online magazine about your local community. There will be three field trips out into the community and then you will come up with ideas for articles, recipes, advertisements, and any other magazine content you decide is important to include.
After you decide what kinds of content you want to help provide, you will work in groups to create the magazine content.
At the end of the project each student group should have 2-3 contributions to the magazine, including at least one article.
